Join us for our "After the Market" series of cooking classes at the brand-new NU Chef's Pantry and learn how to use all the tasty, fresh produce you'll find at the KNUJ Farmers Market! Discover how to combine it with other unique, highly nutritious fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins to create delicious, nutritious meals that are easy to make at home. Topher Jacobson, the Chef and owner of both Artisans at the Grand and the NU Chef's Pantry, will teach you about proper cutting techniques and the right tools for the kitchen.
